Hotel as a whole is ideal, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The location is in a great spot in front of the river. Need to be mentioned that there were lots of restaurants to eat, like Chambourlettes that was only 5 minutes' walk away. It has beautiful warm rooms, that come with airco, high ceiling, as for instance. The price is £ 48. The staff is amiable at all the levels.

The room was incredibly spacious and had a lot of character with beautiful old furniture. The bed was really comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. I also loved the fact that there was a balcony and a place to sit outside, offering a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to the river and within walking distance of many great bars and restaurants.
That the price was a bit on the higher side. However, considering the size of the room, the amenities provided, and the excellent location, it was still a great value for the money.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, right on the edge of the historical inner town, next to the main promenade. I loved being able to stroll along the river and explore the charming streets. The highlight was definitely the Summer Wine n Food Market on the canal, which was superb. The hotel's attention to detail was spot on, with high ceilings that added a touch of elegance to the rooms. The air conditioning was a blessing during the warm weather, and having a second bedroom in the room was an added bonus.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Great location, close to the market and the river, plus plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities and the good wifi.
Our Christmas stay was ruined due to the lack of heating in the room, making it difficult to sleep and relax. the shower was not hot enough, making it hard to shower in the cold room.

My Easter weekend was fantastic thanks to the amazing accommodation I found in the heart of the city. The vintage furniture and the comfy beds gave me a cozy feeling and made me feel at home. The central location meant that I could enjoy the sights and sounds of the city without any difficulties. I particularly liked the helpful information provided by the hotel staff which made planning my trip a breeze. the free parking made things all the more convenient.
In all honesty, the only drawback I encountered were the stairs which made it a bit difficult for me to move around. However, this did not in any way affect the quality of my stay.
